DEMO is almost completely done… started scraping the ceilings and removing drywall:

We have a LONG way to go!!!
To make a long story short… we discovered that we have killer bees in the bee hive in the backyard of the house. Deven opted to take care of them himself instead of dishing out $300 to have them removed.
